Dear Student,

Thank you for visiting us! If you are considering doing a rotation at our clinic, please email us at Elizabeth@drbenzur.com.

Rotating with Dr. Ben-Zur affords students the opportunity to participate in the medical management of complex cardiac issues and to observe a variety of different procedures. Dr. Ben-Zur routinely performs cardiac catheterization with angioplasty/stent placement, radiofrequency ablations and pacemaker/ICD placement. Students learn about cardiac testing such as ECG’s, echocardiograms, stress tests, and various ultrasounds in the clinical setting.

Every afternoon concludes with a lecture by Dr. Ben-Zur or another professional in the field. Students will have plenty of instruction and one-on-one learning with the doctor during this rotation.

Students will also have an opportunity to do research with us. Even if you are not rotating at the Cardiovascular Institute, we encourage you to be involved. Click here for more information.

We also offer lodging within walking distance of the facility for those students where housing is an issue. If this is interesting to you, please submit a request through your school.

Students who have already scheduled a rotation with us need complete new student paperwork. To obtain password to our required documents, please email us at: Elizabeth@drbenzur.com

We look forward to hearing from you!

Note: Once you’ve received the confirmation email, please click the link below. It is mandatory that you review the Student Companion before starting the rotation. We recommend that you review the additional material in order to brush up your medical knowledge and skills on the most encountered conditions in our clinic. The required password is included in your confirmation email.

The eternal providence has appointed me to watch over the life of health of Thy creatures. May the love for my art actuate me at all times; may neither avarice nor miserliness, nor thirst for glory or for a great reputation engage my mind; for the enemies of truth and philanthropy could easily deceive me and make me forgetful of my lofty aim of doing good to Thy children.
